WELCOM TO CQR 2023

On behalf of the IEEE CQR committee, we would like to welcome you to the 37th annual workshop on Communications Quality, Reliability and Security.

Since it’s inception, the CQR Workshop series has served as a venue for industry, academic and government experts to collaborate,  share insights and help formulate the evolution of emerging communications and associated technologies.

This year’s theme is “Ensuring quality, reliability and security for a seamless communication experience” and offers technical sessions, original paper presentations along with insights from industry visionaries. The workshop is composed of three days, with each day having its own theme. The theme of the first day focuses on security and explores industry challenges and insights of areas such as cloud security and mobility (i.e,. MEC), software assurance, threats and vulnerabilities in emerging technologies along with hosting a dynamic panel of subject matter experts from industry service providers and product vendors who will debate on security challenges and solutions.    The second day focuses on reliability and will start with an industry panel of experts who will discuss how emerging technologies (i.e., AI/Quantum/6G) can be marshalled in ensuring reliable communications. In addition, day 2 includes presentations on topics such as Leveraging AI/ML for reliability and resiliency, Building Cooperative and Resilient Networks along with technical presentations of accepted academic papers. Day 3 focuses on Quality and presents insights from industry visionaries along with panel discussions from executives on improving network quality and customer experience.

We value your participation and we would like to express our sincere gratitude for attending CQR 2023 along with sharing your insights and expertise with other esteemed colleagues. We encourage each participant to follow three core objectives during the event, which are (a) network with other colleagues, (b) ask questions and (c) share insights.

We hope you have an insightful and rewarding experience attending CQR 2023 and we look forward to your feedback on improving future events.

Sincerely
